As a joke (because of some strange anomalies with my old iPhone 4S), they bought me two signals (one of them pictured in pieces) - well, jokes on them because of the fact that these things could possibly sell in triple digits.
These things look bigger than they really are. I might sell the big one, though. The small one... I might keep it.

Ok I need to know what anomalies on the phone cause your friends to play a joke on you in which the punchline is some traffic signals?

yeah, they are pretty huge. Not sure about the triple digits part though...I do know I can get these in city/county auctions though.

Get an outdoor motion-sensing lamp kit from the hardware store, install in signal lamp. Two and make a game of it. Or go full nerd, get a (sparkfun type) bluetooth lamp-switch module and have it actually light up when you have signal.
At that point it might have some value. It's a narrow market, use caution.

You can get them in auctions, but in decommissioned form. The one I had pictured actually could go up around the 100-200 range, provided if it was working or not (which I plan to wire up and add a sequencer.) The 12-inch diameter signal (not pictured) could probably reach around the 150.
